Immediate Positions Available:

Assistant: to Mr. Miller – Tampa Bay

Hourly Rate: starting @ $15.00/hr with a $5.00/hr raise if you last 30 days

Hours:  On demand Monday thru Friday (part time)

Duties Include: Driving, assisting Mr. Miller in performing inspections.

Applicant will be trained on how to perform building inspections, mold inspections and new construction inspections, both residential & commercial.

Experience in the building/construction industry is helpful.

No smoking, no drugs.  Background checks will be performed.

WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR:

Experienced licensed Florida Contractors interested in becoming certified and licensed Home inspectors.  For certified home inspectors that have or still own their own company and no longer want to deal with scheduling, insurance, marketing and responsibilities that come with ownership.  Those who are currently or in the past have worked for multi-inspector firms and have become disenchanted with management and/or compensation packages.  We would like to talk to those interested in selling their current Home inspection company.    Minimum requirements for applicants must be ASHI Certified or Florida State Licensed Contractor.  Please, no NACHI inspectors.

Suncoast Inspections is now offering “on the job” inspector training for those interested in starting their own inspection firm.  Mr. Miller will provide all the “in’s” and “out’s”, tips and training he has learned in his 25 years of inspecting.  He will teach you all of his secrets to becoming a successful business owner.  Most of his competitors have tried to copy him but have been unable to match Chris’s expertise and inspection business knowledge.  Mr. Miller will teach you everything he knows.  You will ride with Chris for the entire week learning all of his techniques.  Fees starting at $2000.00 per week.
