Sub-Contractor Oversight & Monitoring – Our clients sometimes hire the sub-contractors (roofers,
plumbers, electricians, window and door installers etc.) directly.
We’ll evaluate their contracts and specifications before
you sign on the dotted line. Then follow through to the end and confirm they have done exactly what they
were contracted to do. Whether your building an addition or having a new roof installed, we can provide
assistance and a degree of comfort that you’re getting what you paid for
and it conforms to local building codes.
Our Inspections are thorough and complete.
From a full home inspection to individual roof, seawall, dock or swimming pool
inspections.
